According to us, one needs to spend at least 2 days to cover the entire pre wedding shoot and Rama VIII Bridge, the Grand Palace and China Town make the most extravagant pre wedding destinations in Bangkok which a couple must not forget in their list.

Wat Arun

Also known as the Temple of Dawn, Wat Arun is one of the most string riverside landmarks of Thailand. The temple is named after the Indian god of dawn. Besides being a spiritual architecture, it also caters to a spectacular landmark for conducting a pre wedding shoot.

The temple remains open from 8:30 in the morning until 5:30 in the evening. One can get access in the temple premises with a nominal fee of 50 Baht. When the spires of Wat Arun make an impressive shadow against the skyline, a picturesque view of the glittering monument can be seen from the east side of the river at sunset.

Location: Central Bangkok (46 Kms from airport)

Rot Fai Park

Only a short taxi ride away from Chatuchak Market, a hidden gem in Bangkok can be discovered. This park consists adjoins other parks too, namely Wachirabenchatat Park, Queen Sirikit park and Bangkok Butterfly Garden and Insectarium.

If you want to explore the nature, just grab a bicycle on rental available at the entry gate of the park on hourly basis and enjoy the lush green ridges and the diverse wildlife which adds on to this natural experience. The park tour also includes train engines, basketball courts and running tracks.

The park remains open for everyone from 5AM to 9PM daily. There are no entrance fee to the park, however, you need to pay for the bicycles over with prices starting at 20 Baht for around 3 hours (The hours and prices may vary).


King Rama VIII Bridge

Being the first and only bridge in Thailand with the asymmetrical cable-stayed style, Rama VIII suspension bridge caters to one of the most beloved location for a perfect pre wedding in Bangkok. Moreover, it is the fifth longest bride of such type in the world. China Town

Located on Yaowarat road, Chinatown is the biggest Chinese community in Thailand. It is like a heaven for foodies, since the street gets filled with incredible food stalls full of mouthwatering Chinese food items and seafoods. That is what Chinatown night market is famous for. Palio market is a weekend market with 20 shops including coffee shops, bakery, wine cellars and garden too. It also offers areas to hold events and catering too. Moreover, Bed & Breakfast and boutique hotel accommodation are also available. Timings are as follows:

Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 – 22:00
